Thank you for your interest in the Community Immersion Program. The questions below collect information about you and your police department. If there is a potential fit to join the project cohort, we’ll also schedule a meeting to talk more about the program, answer any questions, and assess together whether your department and the CIP are the right fit at this time.

This project involves a rigorous evaluation, wherein some cadets will participate in the CIP while other cadets will continue to receive whatever is the normal academy program. Your academy would need to be able to commit to this type of evaluation, including sharing data necessary to compare outcomes between the cadet trainings.
